At the Birth Tree, we believe that birth is a rite of passage, a sacred transition into parenthood that has the potential to be joyous and empowering. We believe that every woman must find her own way through the birth labyrinth, making the choices that are right for her and her family. We believe that every woman has the right to be supported through this journey.
The special women who guide women through their birth experiences are called doulas. They provide emotional support, physical comfort and information to families just like yours -- before, during and just after birth.
